CFS & Fybromyalgia Support Group

A support group for anyone struggling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis or Fibromyalgia, their families or support people. A place to meet new friends who understand - don't feel alone.

We aim to be a safe place with a positive focus, somewhere to share your story, exchange useful information and learn coping skills that can help you live with your illness.
