Confidentiality

Clients can reasonably expect that all aspects of the counselling relationship will be treated confidentially. Counsellors will inform their clients if there are any legal limits to this confidentiality.

New clients are given a Consent Form to read and sign before their first appointment; this complies with changes to The Privacy Act 1988 and the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
